Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Black P Beauty, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review the details below to understand how we handle shipping and delivery.
Processing & Shipping Times
Order Processing:
Please allow 3–4 business days for your order to be processed. Orders placed after 3 PM CST will be processed the following business day. (Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.)
Standard Shipping:
Once processed, most domestic orders ship via UPS Ground or USPS, with an estimated delivery time of 2–3 business days.
Estimated Total Delivery Time:
5–7 business days or less for standard U.S. orders.
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
International Shipping
We ship internationally via UPS Worldwide Expedited. Additional carrier options may appear during checkout depending on your location.
Customs & Duties (Canada & Other Countries):
International customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees required by their country.
We do not calculate or collect these fees in advance.
If customs refuses a package or it is seized and not returned, we cannot issue a refund. Please confirm your country allows the import of our products prior to ordering.
Incorrect Shipping Info
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, missed delivery attempts, or exceeded hold time at a pickup location, the customer is responsible for re-delivery fees.
Black P Beauty is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to address errors. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
Note: Once an order is placed, it cannot be edited or canceled.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance with any delivery issues.
We will provide tracking details to support your investigation.
Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If items are missing or damaged, contact us within 10 days of delivery. Include photos and a brief explanation of the issue by email to help us resolve it quickly.
We will reship missing or damaged items within 5 business days of verification.
Note: We do not honor exchanges or refunds for items purchased through unauthorized sellers on Amazon® or eBay®. Use caution when purchasing outside our official channels.
Backordered Products
While we aim to keep all products in stock, high demand may lead to temporary backorders. In such cases, we’ll notify you and ship all available items. For any out-of-stock items, we will issue a store credit.
